Don't stay here. They took my money and wouldn't let me in. It's a trap, consider yourself warned.

I booked through Booking and they took the full payment upfront. I was told the key collection details would be emailed, but nothing ever arrived. On arrival day I called to get the instructions and was told, “I'm not available all the time, if you don't arrive by 6 pm, I won't accommodate you.” We were speaking during the stated check-in hours. They'd said the key details would come by phone or email, and Booking didn't say that the check-in time couldn't be changed. I got no refund and had to find somewhere else on the spot. My lawyer is working on it now. Please avoid this place so you don't go through the same thing.

He canceled my reservation through a trick and then kept my money. It happened to me too, so stay away. Booking won't let you leave a bad rating after a reservation has been canceled.

MAXIMUM FRAUD! They take the payment but won't send the key code, claiming you won't be accepted if you miss the set check-in time. Do NOT book under any circumstances!

The apartment is new, lovely, and clean, and there's an elevator in the building. Its spot between Gara de Nord and Victorie metro stations is really convenient. We liked handling communication with the owner by email.
