Great value for money, especially for a longer stay. It felt more like an apartment, with a really big bedroom, comfortable beds, a large living room, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with only a shower.

The hotel is quite far from the old town, and public transport there is difficult, so Uber or Bolt is a better option. The rooms are clean and tidy, the beds are very comfortable, the staff are friendly, and breakfast is great.

I booked Phoenicia express for our anniversary and really enjoyed the stay. They welcomed us warmly and went the extra mile by decorating the room. The service was great, the decor was lovely, and breakfast was nice too. It’s near the airport and a cab ride from the city centre.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was phenomenal. The hotel is in a great location, about 20 minutes from Thermes. I’d happily visit again.

We chose this hotel mainly because it’s close to Bucharest airport and serves breakfast from 7 on weekends, giving us time to get to our morning flight. The staff were very helpful, the bed was big and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious, with toiletries and the best hairdryer. They also left bottled water in the room. But cleanliness could be better, as the bathroom carpet looked dirty. The breakfast was terrible and looked like it wasn’t fresh. After eating it, I felt very sick for the whole day. It was awful.
