The terrace had a great view and a relaxing feel, and the arrangements inside and out made the atmosphere lovely. Food was fresh, full of flavor and nicely presented. The service was friendly, attentive and professional. Everything about the setting, the staff and the meal made for a really enjoyable visit. I'll be back, and would recommend it to anyone wanting somewhere to dine and unwind.

The location is great, the TV was okay, and breakfast was a good buffet for a hotel with that many stars. The cleaning ladies were much more polite than the receptionists, which was a welcome surprise. The receptionists didn't seem very happy to work there, though I can understand that, and it felt a little off-putting. At least the rooms on the 4th floor are very small. Ours flooded after my boyfriend took a 10 minute shower. The floor was soaked, and because the whole room is carpeted it stayed humid. There was already a slightly off smell before that, though nothing serious. The shower water should drain through the sewers instead of leaving the carpet wet for days. The only soap was liquid in a dispenser that looked kind of like a public restroom. Kids were playing dingdong ditch at 12 am, and staff did nothing to stop it. Reception is staffed 24/7, so I'm sure they heard, and the soundproofing was bad. Breakfast was fine, but I can't overlook the water issue.

The place is cozy, nice and clean, and the staff are very friendly. I had a burger, which was just okay, nothing special. A very average burger.

We had a great stay. The hotel is really nice, the rooms are clean, and the receptionist did an impeccable job arranging everything for us. It's only 2 minutes on foot from the train station and Metro. We'll definitely be back!
