Everything is handled with codes, so you don’t need keys, and the owner responds almost instantly and is very helpful. The apartment itself was clean and cozy, in a great spot next to the metro and a 15-minute walk from the old town. The airport bus stop is right outside. I’d take off one star because the building is really old and smells bad.

I liked having the little terrace and lounge chair, and the apartment was spotless when I arrived. Inside, it's been fully renovated, though the building itself is pretty run-down. It's up on the fourth floor, but there's an elevator. I stayed two nights and took off a star for a couple of missing things: the listing mentioned a washer and dryer, but there weren't any, and I couldn't find a broom or extra trash bags.

Getting around was easy, with Piata Romana, the metro, and a bus stop only a few meters away. There are also plenty of places close by, including bars, small shops, restaurants, and McDonald's. The bed was comfortable, the shower was roomy, and the room, bathroom, and kitchen were all there. You get in with codes instead of keys. One thing to know: the curtains let in the early morning light, so bring an eye mask if you want to sleep later.
