There are five apartment blocks here, with two still being built, and a playground planned for later. Once the project is finished it should have more than 1,000 flats. Păcii metro is about a five-minute walk away, and a large shopping area with Auchan, Decathlon and Praktiker is nearby.

I’ve been here a year now and am thinking of staying longer. The neighbors are lovely, understanding and polite, and it’s a calm area with good security. Parking can be a bit confusing, though. The subway is close, with a station right on the boulevard. Shopping may look limited at first, but there are plenty of stores if you explore. The apartments seem well built and are quite elegant. Once the nearby construction is finished, I think this could be one of the best places to live around here.

The busy traffic on Iuliu Maniu is the main drawback if you drive. Otherwise, the apartments look great, and the view should be lovely from a higher floor. It’s still under construction, but seems promising, especially with Păcii metro station so close.

I’m planning to rent a place there and need to know, is there really a smell? Thanks for any answers.
