Smart Stay

Smart Concept Living was a relaxing place, with a peaceful feel and a very clean apartment. The balance between quality and price impressed me most, and the amenities were well maintained. The building elevator could have been cleaner, though it worked perfectly and made getting to the apartment easy. The location was generally convenient, but the parking was a little farther away than I’d have liked.

I’ll come back. The studio was nice and the bathroom clean, though there was a bit of an annoying smell. The location was great for the Mall and the Sema Parc office area. Otherwise, all good.

There’s a Plaza Mall nearby, plus a grocery shop and gym, and it’s easy to reach the metro and bus stations. The location was really nice. The rooms were clean, with fresh sheets and towels, and the bathroom was clean too. I could get in touch with the host right away if I needed anything. For me, this apartment was the best option in the area. I wanted affordable accommodation in relation to the city center, and I’m glad I chose it over the pricey hotels nearby.

The apartment smelled strongly of cigarettes, the neighbors were noisy, and it’s far from the center. I felt awful after dealing with the owner, who was rude and acted crazy. I felt he was cheating me out of money. I’d highly recommend avoiding this place to spare your nerves. We should treat each other honestly and remain human 😭💔💔💔
