It’s hard to understand the five-star praise for this place as though it were beautiful or interesting. These are ghosts left behind 18 years ago, and people are still paying for them today, with their lives and futures affected in a brutal way. I’m including two photos, though there could be more, hoping people who come across this online will get curious, look into it, and move past ignorance and superficial impressions. Wishing you health and mental strength.

This is a really interesting apartment complex. You used to be able to climb all three buildings and get an incredibly beautiful view of Bucharest. Unfortunately, the residents' association has closed off every entrance and installed a guard.

People borrowed from banks for apartments in these three ghost blocks, and now they’re paying interest without ever receiving one. The Planorana complex has three unfinished buildings, one of them a disaster at only 60 percent complete. What a country to live in!

They might as well knock it down and turn it into a park. That would be “cheaper”...

The Association Manager is quick to respond and really keen to help.
