Suter Palace Heritage Boutique Hotel

The service was excellent, including the breakfast service. The buffet is on the small side, but you can order eggs and other dishes. It’s a very good choice for Bukarest. The hotel has a classic style, with traditional rooms. My friend's room looked a little worn, and our bibliotheque was just for show, though the upstairs room was very nice.

The restaurant was dirty, with filthy floors, a dirty table, and dirty cutlery. The food was nasty and cold, and our room had no working a/c. I had the worst experience here. The staff were rude: they acted nice face to face, then rolled their eyes when they turned around. Never coming back!!

The breakfast buffet was my favorite part, and I’d highly recommend it. It comes with bottomless Prosecco. The rooms were clean and beautiful, and the minibar was nice and reasonably priced. The hotel is beautifully built, with so much to take in, and staying here is an experience I’m glad I had. There’s also a gym, sauna, and massage service. My favorite spot was the bar, where the bartender was friendly and knowledgeable.

On my first visit to Bucharest, I picked this hotel based on the reviews and was impressed by the photos. It turned out to be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, just as luxurious and beautiful as the pictures. The rooms were incredible, clean, and high quality, and the breakfast was amazing, fresh, tasty, and well served. Edwin was so welcoming and pleasant. Margaret was kind and sweet, and Marius at reception was helpful, kind, and very patient. Most of all, thank you to Emil, the hotel manager. He runs this diamond so well, with gentleness and kindness. Thank you for making my dream vacation come true. ❤️🙏🏽
