I stayed at YMY Boutique Residence while visiting friends in Bucharest, booking a Deluxe Double on the second floor. The staff arranged the large bed I requested and a quiet room, and they were efficient, professional, and kind. They made me feel at home. The central location near Piata Dorobanti put plenty of good restaurants nearby. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a bathroom, separate toilet, bed, seating area, and desk with a chair. The view was just windows of the building opposite, but that didn’t bother me. The AC cooled the room in minutes, a real help with outdoor temperatures around 30 C. I loved the water dispensers in the corridors, with cool and lukewarm water. You can fill your empty bottle or use a glass from the room for a refreshing drink. In Romania, it’s better to drink bottled water rather than tap water. Breakfast was decent, with enough choices for most people. I had a lovely stay and will definitely return to this hotel when I’m in Bucharest!

Everything was OK, and the staff were friendly. The stay was generally good, though it would help if the hotel had a handyman to take care of minor repairs.

My family were very happy with their stay after I booked the hotel for them. They liked the large, clean, pretty room, though the bathroom could use an upgrade. The breakfast was lovely, and there’s a small garden for eating outside. Great location, with lots of nice restaurants and cafes nearby.

The bed was comfy, the place was clean and pleasant, and breakfast, included in the price, had a very good food selection. It’s chic and extremely convenient location-wise. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it!

The service really stood out. The staff found us a restaurant reservation where we could watch the European Championship opening match, and one of them even walked us there. I wish I remembered his name, but I really appreciated it. We also slept well in a clean, comfortable, quiet room. 🙏
