For a capital city, the price was reasonable. The flat needs work, though, especially the old windows that don't shut properly. With traffic on such a busy street, you end up hearing it day and night, 24 hours a day.

Just a few steps from M2 and the historic center, with a really nice central location.
The price was cheap, and the beds were comfortable with clean, new bedding. It was in the city center, near the metro and a grocery store, and there was internet. But there was a lot wrong with the place. Traffic noise came through the terribly worn windows around the clock, and a big advertising banner hung over them. The door and window handles were coming off. There was a safe, but it wasn't fixed in place, so someone could easily carry it away with its contents. Cleaning was only superficial, and the kitchen and bathroom were dirty. The kettle didn't work, the cutlery was sticky, there were leftovers from previous guests, including dirty toothbrushes, and the single-burner electric stove was dirty too. There was no kitchen sink, so we had to use the bathroom one. The bathtub was damaged, and with the shower head positioned where it was, the curtain didn't work well. The bathroom rug was cracked, and we saw cockroaches. The place had a lot of potential, but it was wasted. They only accepted payment in Euros. I'd rather pay 20 more and find somewhere else.
