The Painter - 2R apartment in Roka Residence with underground parking

It was okay.

The apartment complex is laid out very well. There was a slight delay getting gas utilities sorted in the apartments, but that was fixed, and now every apartment has a working gas central heating system 🤗

I was impressed by the kunefe, which came with an extraordinary ice cream that tasted like halva. I tried it at the Turkish restaurant on the ground floor, where the atmosphere was lovely, the staff friendly, and the Turkish dishes on offer were excellent.

It’s a well-managed, guarded mixed-use complex, with quality people living there.
