The rooms are large and very nice, but be prepared for the stairs: there’s no elevator, and the first floor is up three flights. Some employees will help with luggage, while others won’t. The check-in lobby is shabby and has a hookah bar; I almost left. The location isn’t great, with a long walk to anything and no food nearby.

I spent four days here and loved it. I was mostly out exploring, so only got to use the jacuzzi twice, but the room was lovely, peaceful, and quite big. I’d recommend it 😅👌. If you have trouble finding it, it’s right next to the shisha place.

The room was big and had all the facilities needed for a good stay, and the staff were nice and informative. It’s also well placed for the trams and Old Town. The sushi restaurant downstairs was good for lunch, 8/10. The bed was really uncomfortable, raised in the middle and sloping down at the sides. I nearly fell off a few times. Morning traffic noise also woke me up.

It’s close to the centre, and reception was alright, which is why I didn’t give the rooms and service one star. The cleaning service wasn’t close to what I paid for: the carpet was dirty, and the bathroom was soggy and needed repairs. The bed was too soft for me. I don’t recommend this hotel.

The night view is great if you like taking photos after dark, and the hot tub was a lovely way to end the evening. Inside, it’s spacious and quiet, with beautiful finishes and a really nice feel. The sushi was tasty and well made too. A gorgeous place to slow down and enjoy yourself. ❤️✨🍾🍣😋📷
