Hotel Amana Inn

Two weeks before my stay, the hotel called to cancel my confirmed reservation and price, saying a group had extended its stay. I’d contacted them on S anconfind’s recommendation, so this was especially disappointing. The receptionist was very unhelpful. When I asked about another option, I was told they’d email me with solutions, but the message just repeated the cancellation. They could have offered different dates with a discount or suggested nearby guesthouses. There was no interest in helping the customer. Very poor.
