The place looks pretty, but it felt badly understaffed. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, clean, and nicely furnished, though they could use some maintenance. Each one has a fridge. With the window closed, the room started to smell, and I suspect the air conditioner needed maintenance. The door locks were very hard to use, and I worried I'd break the key. Friends staying at the hotel around the same time had the same trouble with their room locks. Getting food also meant a lot of waiting.

We love coming to this restaurant as a family. The food is so good, and the staff are friendly and attentive. It's family oriented, and it's refreshing to get such good service in bucharest. We totally recommend giving it a try.

They have really good soup and different kinds of meat, especially grilled meat. If you're hungry, you won't be disappointed. There's a nice terrace, and they can host anniversaries and small events.

The food was really good and the prices were reasonable, but the wait for our meal was enormous even though the place was hardly busy. The papanasi arrived almost cold. The terrace is close to the main road, so it gets noisy, and once the afternoon sun disappears it can feel chilly unless the weather is warm.

The menu is huge, but most of the dishes apparently weren't available. Fifteen minutes after ordering, we were told that neither of our two main courses could be served. The staff weren't friendly either.
