Clean, newly decorated, and just a five-minute walk from the centre. The studio was helpful, and there are popular restaurants, bars, and hotels nearby. Best in town. If you're visiting Cluj, this is the place to choose.

I slept so well on the high, comfortable double bed, and the room was spotless. It’s a new hotel and everything looks great. I had grilled sea bream and a Dubai-style tart for dessert, both delicious. I also left something behind in my room, and the front desk team kindly arranged to send it to me by courier. Had a great stay and will be back.

The front desk offered to cover the cost of dinner after what happened, but I firmly declined. The fear and stress of waking at 2:00 a.m. with my heart pounding can’t be made up for with money. A private event was allowed to run until around 2:00 a.m., and the noise was extremely loud in the guest rooms. The organizers were also allowed to use smoke machines, which set off the fire alarm. A loud announcement in our room woke us suddenly and told us to evacuate immediately. We had to go outside in our nightwear in the cold, only to learn later that there was no actual fire. It was deeply distressing. I was satisfied with the hotel’s high-tech alarm system. The problem was how the situation was handled. Better supervision of the event, including the noise and smoke effects, could have prevented the whole escalation. I’m leaving this feedback in the hope future events are managed better and no other guests go through the same thing.

We visited the university nearby over Christmas, and the hotel was very close. The neighborhood looked lovely with all the lights, and there were Christmas markets around. The rooms are spacious and the amenities are good. We also really enjoyed the restaurant, and breakfast was amazing.
