The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the rest felt very low quality. I bring groups here, and although they knew about our booking and arrival, the room keys still weren’t ready. Reception staff didn’t seem to know many things they should be able to answer. The sauna takes over an hour to heat up. I haven’t tried the restaurant, so I can’t comment on it. The location is also bad for walking: it’s hard to find a pedestrian route, there’s nowhere nearby to cross the street, and the way to the entrance isn’t marked. I don’t think this deserves four stars; the service has a long way to go. Later update: even after the hotel replied, I got the wrong breakfast box, wrapped “beautifully” in a laundry bag. That says a lot about how much they care about customers and the feedback we leave here. Very professional. Worth five stars.

Patricia, Devia, Sonja, Virginia, and the team were real pros. They were so warm, welcoming, and accommodating throughout my stay, and I appreciated it all. The space was beautiful and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the staff were great. Truly felt like a 10-star experience. Thank you, I’d happily come back.

We visited during Untold, and they made sure breakfast was available at 11 or even a little later. The rooms were spotless, and all the staff paid attention to guests and what they needed. Really great care with the details. We’ll come back whenever we’re in Cluj.

I’ve stayed here two or three times for business trips in Cluj, and have had a nice experience. On my most recent visit I booked five nights. The restaurant food is good, and they clean the rooms every day. Breakfast has lots of options and is very good, and the rooms are spacious and nice. Mornings can get a bit complicated with traffic because of the location. The rooms also aren’t soundproof, so it can be noisy.
