IC Apartments are well built, with generous appointments and modern fittings. We found them secure and comfortable, and they're very close to the city centre. The surrounding area is being rebuilt and developed. I usually take an e-scooter to get around, though taxi and Bolt drivers all know the place. There's a train station a short walk away, across a new bridge that lights up at night. The river and causeway run through town nearby, with walkways that make for a pleasant, relaxing stroll. A park across the road is due to reopen soon, and e-car charging stations are also planned out front.

A really nice, peaceful place, very clean, with up-to-date appliances and a comfortable bed. There's underground parking as well.

The underground parking is large, and the apartments are roomy and clean. This is probably the best concept I've seen. I recommend it and look forward to coming back!
