Nomad

The apartment was spotless and in a perfect location. We also liked the lady who welcomed us, she's lovely. I'd highly recommend staying here.

Those bad reviews only started appearing yesterday, after a "vloger" tried to manipulate market prices during the Untold events and failed. On his page, he told his followers "not to send 1 star reviews," but that was actually his purpose, and that's what ended up happening. Don't let that influence you. It's a shame that these "public persons" can damage people's businesses over nothing.

I'm not a direct customer, just a guest, so my name won't show up in their records. They used to change the price after a reservation, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They may cancel your stay at the last minute if someone else is willing to pay more than your reservation fee. A horrible experience.

As a local, I'm tired of seeing this happen in my beloved city. If fair treatment of customers matters to you, this isn't the place. They aren't the only business acting greedily, but people need to call it out. This review is about Nomad's ethics and greed, not the direct service. When they learned a music festival was coming, they cancelled active reservations so they could charge someone else five times more than the original price. That is wrong. The cancellation story has gone mainstream and they're in the middle of a PR crisis. Threatening police involvement only makes the business look more unprofessional and unethical. With this attitude, they're digging their own grave.
