6/10
The room was spacious, with a minibar, a large wardrobe, and a bathroom with plenty of room. But much of it felt old or poorly kept, and the temperature was far too high. I asked reception to sort that out, but nothing changed. I also don’t think the five-star label fits by international standards. The stars should reflect both the services and how well they’re provided. If I had another decent option, I wouldn’t stay here next time.

4/10
The location is a real plus, and breakfast had a good range of choices and tasted good. The room itself was a letdown: the walls were dirty, and although the bathroom was spacious, there was visible grime in the corners. Smoking is allowed in the rooms. Ours smelled unpleasant, and cigarette smoke would sometimes drift in from the neighbor’s room under the door. For what the hotel offers, it felt overpriced.

10/10
Sitting on the veranda with an espresso was a treat. The room was roomy and comfortable, and Belagio's restaurant was excellent. There’s a gym and swimming pool for guests too. The staff were all friendly and courteous.

10/10
The rooms were big and clean, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast is served downstairs each morning, and WiFi is available. The only small annoyance was that the elevators felt a bit slow. I was very pleased with my stay.

8/10
The location was very good, and the service and breakfast were great value. The beds weren’t comfortable, though, and the rooms need updating. There was no AC running in the bedroom, and the hallway smelled of cigarette smoke.
