We had a great family stay. The rooms were spacious, cozy, and very clean, with a nice view. The pool is a lovely extra for a weekend in Cluj.

The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always available for questions, and their hospitality gave the stay a personal touch. The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated, and had everything I needed to be comfortable. Deluxe Residence is a modern, elegant building with great amenities. I especially enjoyed the heated pool, and the fitness center was well equipped. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, hassle-free stay in Cluj-Napoca.

The host was really kind, and the room was incredible. There’s a huge pool, plus a very well-equipped fitness room, which is rare to find. Great location in Cluj. Highly recommend ♠️

I had to move out after 11 months because the landlord kept imposing all sorts of extra charges. With only a few days left before I’d completed a full year, I left and never got my two-month deposit back. The landlord was filthy and made the most shameless demands. Absolutely disgraceful.

Don’t rent this apartment long term. As a student, while you’re in your home country for the summer, the owner even wants to rent your apartment to other people through AirB&B. They’re obsessed with money. The fitness room is also very bad, with low-quality equipment, and you can hardly breathe in there.
