Pension Domeniul Regilor

The floors were the main downside. They creaked loudly, and the soundproofing didn’t seem very good, so we could hear what sounded like floorboards in our room. The noise was actually from the hallway or the room above. Otherwise, we had a great stay at Domeniul Regilor. The pool area was lovely, the food at the restaurant was good, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean too.

We only stayed for one night, but the service and food were really good. The rooms were a decent size.

The location is picturesque, the staff are professional, and the chef is amazing. It’s a shame the rooms don’t match: the bed is high while the nightstand is low, which makes no sense to me, and the two thin curtains block no sunlight at all. The bathroom is poor too, as you can imagine. And please, can we have a bottle of water in the room? What a waste!

We held a two-day faculty termination anniversary event here, including accommodation, and were very pleased with it. The staff were polite and helpful, the menu and service were excellent, and the rooms were clean and decent. There’s plenty to enjoy for a relaxed, intimate stay: large terraces, a big fire facility, a playground, and a spa. We’ll definitely return.
