The staff were really friendly, and the breakfast was good quality. It works well for both business and family trips, with good connectivity in the rooms and tables on the ground floor. I'm allergic to dust, but I haven't sneezed once here. The cleaning must be good too.

The receptionist was helpful, and the price was very reasonable at 200 Lei/RON a night, breakfast included. It's a fairly small boutique hotel that looks quite new, in a quiet neighbourhood. You can walk to the city centre, and the old city is a short drive away. My room was clean and simply furnished, but had enough amenities. The safe wasn't working, so the receptionist brought a key to open it manually. Around midnight, the water wasn't really hot. Maybe I should have showered earlier. Parking is very limited, so if the hotel is full, or you arrive after 22:00 when reception closes, you'll need to park on the street.

For the bathroom in room no. 25, I'd give it 4-4.5 stars. The sink area needs some work, a shower gel dispenser would be useful, and the flexible shower hose should be replaced with one that sits better in the metal holder. The large towels were much too scratchy. The room was a normal size and had what I needed, including a desk, closet, and fairly priced mini bar. I'm not completely sure the AC works. Breakfast was really good, and they take requests for fried or scrambled eggs, omelettes, and sausages. Staff were polite and very helpful. The price was good for the value. Compared with other Romanian 4-star guesthouses and hotels I've stayed in, I'd rate it 4.7 stars.

The staff were really welcoming, and they offer a continental breakfast too. It’s close to the city centre, with most places easy to reach on foot. Whether you’re there for a few days or a week, it’s a lovely place to stay.
