Pensiunea Casa Szabi

Really bad.

One of the worst places I've stayed. The bed was wooden and pretty dirty, there were no towels in the room, and the bathroom didn't even have liquid soap. When the host came to pick us up, there was a so-called "drunk" person standing at the gate to greet us. Other guests were airing out their stinky socks on the balcony, too. I understand a lot of drivers stay at this guesthouse. Horrible experience.

The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the place is near the main road without being right on the highway, so it was fairly quiet. A helpful owner and gated parking made it a handy stop on the way. Clean, tidy, and cheap! Just a note, they only take cash, in RON or EUR.

Szabi was polite and speaks Hungarian beautifully. Everything was in order at the accommodation, and the value for the price is very good. There’s a shop and a melon seller nearby, and the melons were delicious. There’s also a pleasant church space.
