The location is excellent, but I didn’t enjoy staying in the apartment. It sits in the backyard behind the street level shops, and there’s a dangerous pit in the passage leading to it. It seemed like a warehouse had been converted into an apartment. The plumbing was filthy, and the shower and toilet were in a storage room inside another storage room. When I arrived, the floor and rug were soaked. The TV was much smaller than the property description said, and a leak in the shower pipe sprayed water, making it unpleasant to shower. It was an unpleasant stay for me.
