The beds were really comfortable and the place was clean, and it’s a very nice stay for a good price. But there’s no luggage storage. After checking out, you have to take your heavy bags along while spending your last day in Cluj. The woman working that morning didn’t seem interested in helping or finding another option, just smiled and shook her head. That really disappointed me, and I took off a star for it. In all my years of travelling, this is the first place where I haven’t been able to leave my bags. It’s something the manager could consider adding.

After a long, exhausting trip, those big fluffy pillows on the bed felt wonderful. The room was clean and smelled nice, with a girly look in pink, pastels, and lots of flowers. Breakfast was good and had options to choose from. The tea was delicious, though the coffee wasn’t great, and the staff were very nice.

The room I paid for was clean and very comfy, so I do recommend the place. It’s quiet and there are a few parking spaces. Because of covid, many parts seemed to be out of use, or at least weren’t recommended to us, including the bar and dining area. Breakfast wasn’t included; I found out on site that you could request it separately, but personally I didn’t think it would be worth it.

The staff were very kind, and the room was clean and acceptable. The location is quite good, with the city center and facilities nearby. But it was too hot in June because the air conditioning didn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast.
