The front office staff are really unfriendly and no help at all. The air conditioning barely works, so it's always too hot, and dust gets blown around from the floor vents. Maintenance work keeps happening during office hours and gets in the way of our work. This is the worst office building. I can't wait to leave!

The heating and cooling don't work properly, and the floor feels unstable and crackles as you walk. Maintenance is constantly noisy during our office hours, and the staff aren't friendly. This building has some serious problems and doesn't make for a friendly work environment.

You can't adjust the temperature or airflow yourself, so every time we want it warmer or cooler, we have to call maintenance. Seriously? The air conditioning also seems poorly suited to a space full of people and PCs.
