The apartments are clean, spacious and well furnished, and there’s underground parking. The coffee machine and capsules were a particularly welcome extra. The location works well for the Untold festival. The price made sense for the location and event. I’d give the apartment complex 5 stars, but the owner or manager 4.

We’ve stayed here twice, and the location in the city centre is great. The penthouse worked especially well for our group of four. The apartments are quiet, clean and cosy, and communicating with Tudor was seamless. Private parking is a big plus, since the car stays safe and there’s no need to find street parking. They also have AC, which is useful if you visit Cluj in summer. Highly recommend it.

Tudor was quick to respond and sent clear, detailed instructions for the property. The suite was beautiful and had a kitchenette and laundry. Snacks and drinks were available to buy from the fridge. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the centre and its Christmas markets, and around a 15-minute Bolt/Über ride from the airport. I really enjoyed staying at Zen Central Suites and would definitely recommend it.

Our booked room had a strong cigarette smell. I told Tudor, and after he came to check it, he upgraded us to an executive apartament. Hats off to him for that. The apartament was great and the service impeccable. I recommend it!
