The location is perfect, and the people working here are lovely. We had an amazing experience and would definitely come back in any season. 🤩💕

The view and the place were the best, honestly. I went today with my family, and the staff were very friendly. The service and food were excellent too. Catalina is the best, she knows how to do her job. I recommend Complex Panoramic terraces. Thank you for everything! 🥰👏

If you’re vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, or have other specific dietary needs, I’d strongly advise against eating at this restaurant. The menu looked varied, but most of the options weren’t available. I was also mocked for being vegetarian, which left me feeling deeply unwelcome and disrespected. For a more inclusive, pleasant dining experience, I’d look elsewhere.

We checked into room 202, a platinum room/apartment with a personal jacuzzi. The apartment itself was lovely, modern, and very clean. I think they could improve the room accessories by adding disposable toothbrushes, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and an iron. All we got was two hand soaps by the sink, two shower caps, a small box of cotton buds and disposable cotton pads, and a universal soap/shampoo in the shower. You expect more for the price. The food was the biggest letdown. We’d expected more variety and had dinner and breakfast included, but both were disappointing. Dinner ran from 19:30 to 9:30. We arrived at 20:15 and found very little food left, most of it cold and dry. The tables were so close together that it felt cramped. Service was alright, nothing special, and I didn’t feel the staff went above and beyond. I’ve read most of the Panoramic reviews and find it amusing that some people gave it 5/5. We won’t return. The money spent on the hotel isn’t justified by what they offer, and you can eat better nearby for a fraction of their prices. The nightly rates are international, but the quality and service don’t match. 🙏🏻
