We'd booked an ear piercing, but the professional who was meant to do it didn't even know about the appointment. Communication was very poor, and someone else ended up doing the piercing. They only had two pairs of earrings available, too. Based on what happened, I found this service very poor.
My wife and son were in very safe hands, and the whole team was professional, kind, and helpful. A special thank you to Dr. Nica Denisa for supporting us through the pregnancy, and to Mrs. Ioana Sultanii for all her help. Thank you, Sanconfind, and all the best. I'd give 100 stars if I could.
The medical staff are professional and the doctors are amazing. Prices feel fair for the quality and even exceeded my expectations. My one small suggestion is to improve communication.
The hospital needs a proper call center. The phone number doesn't work at 09:00, and on Saturdays and Sundays they are in the office, which is quite strange. There aren't enough doctors for the number of people waiting, and appointments take months. They could do much better, especially with communication.
