We'd definitely come back. The owners were friendly, and the place was clean and well looked after. The yard was thoughtfully set up, with play areas for children, a summer kitchen and a barbecue.

YOUNG PEOPLE, BE CAREFUL! If you're hoping to spoil your summer holiday, this could be the place. Last year I stayed at Aura house. At first, everything seemed lovely, and the owners were very welcoming, even late at night. But we couldn't rest because the owner's children ran around the house from 7 in the morning until 11 at night. One day we went out to eat and came back to find the windows open, which made us think someone had been in our room while we were away. The owners weren't at all as we'd thought. They showed very little sensitivity and said they'd gone in to air out the room because “we smoked in the room,” even though we don't smoke. The place felt filthy, and the owner had a drinking problem and was very aggressive with guests. The accommodation had only bad reviews, which is why they closed the old Google listing. To avoid a bad rating on Booking, the owners canceled our reservation on the day we were leaving. Pathetic! Shame on you!
