From the time we arrived until our very last minute there, the team treated us like royalty. Their administrator, manager, and staff delivered such consistently good service that I know I can count on this hotel for that home away from home feeling. Congratulations to everyone for the care they put into the hospitality. Thanks for your time, generosity, and all the hard work.

The rooms were clean and tidy, though pretty cramped, and the food was a mixed bag. Every now and then it tasted quite good, but most of the time it was bland and dull. Some staff were really nice to us, while some of the younger food servers seemed quite incompetent. There are better options, though I can’t say I was fully satisfied or dissatisfied with the service overall.

We weren’t guests at the hotel, but we ate at its restaurant every day and also spent a day at the pool. The food, service, and staff were all superb. Nothing to complain about. I’d definitely recommend it and will be back 100%!

The breakfast was the only place I found good food. It’s a Swedish buffet, though they serve it to you. I wouldn’t recommend staying here because the host is horrible and speaks badly to guests. I’d suggest staying somewhere else and coming here for breakfast.

The Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room, and the staff were in a bad mood all the time. The all inclusive food got repetitive, and it seemed like it had been made by a 5 year old.
