The restaurant is across the street at another hotel owned by the same owner, and there's no crosswalk. The food quality and variety were poor, and the parking spaces in front are very narrow. The location is convenient, close to both the city center and the highway, but there was no air conditioning, which was awful on a hot summer night. My room was filthy: a very dirty carpet, hair on the floor, a rusty towel holder, an old, heavily used toilet seat, and a bathroom that smelled. I booked for two and got only one pillow. The spare was in the closet without a cover, so I had to use one of my T-shirts on it. The towels were torn. A few days after I posted this same review on booking, the owner called me personally and asked me to remove it. The photos I'd posted there no longer appear on the booking website. Pay close attention to the details.

We had a very pleasant stay and plan to come back soon. My family of five and I were accommodated at the last minute without any trouble. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The staff were great, incredibly helpful and hospitable. We'd recommend it!

The receptionist lied about the price. The carpets were dirty, and the mirror and toilet in our room were broken. There was no air conditioning. Where it was present, it was old and very noisy. The Wi-Fi is private. If you can, don't go there!

Hotel Premier has roomy, nicely decorated rooms, and the staff are friendly and professional. Its location is handy for the Old Town, the commercial area with Carrefour&stuff, public transport, and the road to Cisnadie&Rasinari. It's outside the busy City Center, and the hotel manages its private parking very well, with spaces allocated to guests. That was a real surprise in Sibiu.

Room 31 had a constant leak in the shower room. I moved to room 11, but the leak was still there. There were no fresh towels on January 1 either, and no room service. Wouldn't recommend it!
