We had the whole house to ourselves for a two-week family stay at the beginning of July, six people and a small dog. The house matched the pictures, and the rooms and beds were very comfortable. The host was friendly and helpful, and took care of all our requests, thank you for that. A cafe right beside the house stays open until midnight, so you can hear music all day and night. We didn't mind, since we had good music in the background too. There is no air conditioning, and the rooms have no windows, so they can get very hot in summer. If you don't book the entire house, you'd have to share it with other people. We'd recommend the house, especially with the city and park nearby.

I felt really comfortable there. The place was clean and tidy, tastefully decorated, with a large kitchen stocked with everything you need and a big room combining a bedroom with a kind of living room.

The shared setup only became clear after we arrived. The listing showed three rooms upstairs and a kitchen, but there was also a locked room on the first floor beside it, and a noisy pub nearby stayed open until midnight. Around 2 am, while I was asleep, the host called and told me to open the door for people knocking loudly. He said the kitchen was shared and that the listing mentioned this in its fine print. I opened the door, and three men who seemed a little drunk came in and went into the downstairs room. A locked door was all that stood between them and my daughters sleeping upstairs. The kitchen had no door separating it from the apartment, so this felt like a hostel with strangers sharing the same space, not just a shared kitchen. We left the next morning. It was a very unpleasant stay.
