The beach is about a 15-minute walk away, so this isn't the place to choose if you want to be right beside it. That distance does make things quiet and peaceful, though. The rooms are clean, modern, and cosy, with their own bathrooms, and there's a good kitchen and a pleasant garden. It works well for couples or families. The owner is friendly and always has something nice to say. The price isn't low, but it's reasonable for this standard.

The courtyard was a lovely place to unwind, with hammocks and space for badminton. There's also an area for cooking on a camping stove, with a sink nearby. The owner was a great guy, always smiling and keeping an eye on his guests. He gave off good vibes and didn't seem like he was only there for a quick buck. We stayed five nights and enjoyed it. Our room was spacious, with a decent AC, a good-sized TV, a mini fridge, and a small dresser that was enough for two people travelling light. The bathroom was roomy, the shower was fine, and there was always hot water. The kitchen had two large fridges, a dishwasher, a booster seat for kids, cookware and dishes, plus free coffee that was okay. You can rent decent bikes for men, women, and toddlers. There was CCTV, and keycards worked for the gate, villa entrance, and room. The one drawback was low water pressure. I'd recommend it, and would check availability next time I'm in town.

It's a quiet spot away from the noise, with a very kind and helpful owner. The little hotel is in a new building in Costinesti, and the rooms are spacious. You can make coffee for free at the coffee machine.

The host was really warm and friendly, and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The rooms were clean and cosy. I'd absolutely recommend it!
