The location is ideal, with everything you might need around the hotel: 24/7 shops, fast food, the nearby beach, bars and stands. The workers were kind, the rooms comfortable and the food good. The shower had technical problems, though, with weak water pressure and water leaking from under the cabin.

The staff were respectful, well trained and always ready to help. The food was very good, and the hotel and terrace are in an excellent spot with a sea view. We did notice a few small cleaning issues, but it was still a great experience. I’d recommend it and look forward to visiting again!

During all six nights of our stay, the toilet wouldn't flush at all. The shower water comes from the sea, and the sink water isn't drinkable.

The room was okay, and the food was good overall. The bathroom was kind of roasted, though. My disappointment was breakfast, since there was no fruit.

This used to be one of my favorite places to visit in Costinești, so I’m sorry to give it one star. Now it’s among the worst places I’ve ever eaten. The staff seem clearly overworked, and the food is premade and the worst quality. It used to be picturesque, but now it feels like a low-quality self-service place.
