We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment and plan to come back in summer. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a small kitchen, with floor heating that keeps it warm and cozy. Very good value for the money.

There's a stream behind the guesthouse, with a bench and table where you can have coffee surrounded by nature. The setting is beautiful and quiet, and we felt comfortable there. The mattress was semi-firm, which suited me, and the bathroom was clean with a decent shower. I also liked having a small refrigerator in the room. The TV is small and only has analog channels, but that didn't bother me. The kitchen is well equipped, though the electric stove takes a long time. I wish the host had shown us where the kitchen was so we didn't have to find it ourselves. There's a shop nearby for basic groceries and a restaurant with a terrace where the food is decent to good. The Valley of the Fairies and the waterfall are about a 20-minute walk away. I highly recommend the area, and we'll return.

Villa Cristian is hard to get to and has no facilities. The management seemed arrogant and unprepared for tourism, and the prices are exaggerated for the comfort and services on offer. I found the location poor and the services nonexistent, so the displayed ratings are completely undeserved. I would avoid it for both a vacation and a short stay. What a shame!
