Aparthotel Craiova

The only decent part was the receptionist, who was really nice. I hope she finds a better job. The room was dirty, and the bathroom was awful, with clumps of hair and dirt everywhere. This has no business being called a three-star hotel. I’d rather sleep in my car than stay here.

The staff were friendly, which was nice, but the rest of the place was a complete mess. Everything seemed dirty or broken, including the toilet seat, which was broken and made it hard to sit properly. There was a loud, old little fridge and a dirty carpet. People next door were playing music on their phone and talking loudly enough that I couldn’t sleep. I wanted to call reception, but the phone wasn’t plugged in because there was no phone outlet. It might work if you absolutely need a room for one night, but otherwise do yourself a favor and stay away. One of the worst hotels I’ve been to.

The crew were attentive and courteous, and it’s a quiet place. There are plenty of parking options at the hotel or nearby. Rooms come with a bathtub as standard. There’s a 2-24h gas station close by, one with an automated car wash, and an Auchan Superstore about 1 km away. I recommend it!

Breakfast and Wi-Fi were OK, but there was only hot water and no cold water. The toilet wouldn’t flush, and room cleaning happened only sometimes. Not acceptable.
