We arrived to find that our room had already been booked because of overbooking, and ended up without a place to stay in Craiova in the middle of the night. The owner blamed Booking and said this wouldn’t have happened on his watch, but he took a long time to show up and was unresponsive while we waited for him to try to sort it out. He focused on blaming Booking. Very bad experience.
