Andre's Hotel

I stayed during the Christmas fair and had nothing but praise for the place. The rooms, bathrooms, corridors and common areas were clean, and the restaurant was beautiful. The rooms were surprisingly large and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and all the equipment. The receptionist, who I think is also the owner, was decent and completely fair. There's parking in front of the hotel, and the city center is within walking distance. The accommodation with breakfast was very affordable. I don't know why there are so many negative reviews and complaints. Keep it up, I'll definitely stop by again when I'm passing through this part of Romania.

The food was gross: two days old, reheated and served, and the soup was so salty it couldn't be eaten. The newly renovated floor was filthy, with spiders around. The lady in charge was very rude and uneducated. She burst into the room and told us to leave so she could clean. At a respectable hotel, cleaning is done when guests aren't in the room. I had a horrible stay, don't recommend it, and don't think the value for money is worth it at all.

The corridors were very hot, and I didn't see any air conditioning there. WiFi didn't work in our room. I stayed one night and liked the hotel in general: great location, parking nearby, and very friendly staff. The room was large and clean, with a well-equipped, spacious bathroom. Breakfast was quite ordinary but delicious.

My reservation was canceled without any reason. I'd give it minus one star if that were an option. After the hotel's answer: I didn't stay there because YOU canceled my reservation. Stop talking nonsense and take your business more seriously. This is a true review. I have no interest in posting false ones. Reviews matter to customers and guests so they can know how little interest you have in them. This is my last reply. You don't deserve any more of my attention.
