After a six-hour trip, we reached the locked accommodation at 11:15 PM, an hour and fifteen minutes later than planned. We'd agreed with the host that someone would be there at a specific time, and had clearly explained that our arrival depended on the border crossing. When we called, the owner said, “I’m sorry, it’s late now. Look for another accommodation,” then hung up. We searched until 2:00 AM and had to pay double for two nights split between two different hotels, since none had space for both nights. Nothing about this experience was satisfactory. I've never experienced anything like it.

We were a group of seven, me with my husband and our two kids, aged 9 and 11, plus three family friends. It was very affordable and clean, with everything we needed. The rooms were really warm and breakfast was very good. We'd come back, thank you.
