Pensiunea Natura

The location was the one good thing, close to the city center and Christmas market. Otherwise, the place was a complete disappointment, and the price bore no relation to the quality. The poorly maintained façade looked nothing like the photos on Booking. During our two nights, the heating failed twice for several hours. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, the towels and sheets were torn, and the bathroom was dirty and poorly equipped. A neighbor's dog barked constantly and seemed aggressive. The listing mentioned “private parking,” but there was none, just street parking. At this price, those conditions are unacceptable today. Owners, if you ever read this, basic cleanliness and comfort are easy and inexpensive to provide these days. What you're offering is simply disrespectful.
