Casa Domneasca is right in the center of Curtea de Argeș, with Curtea de Argeș Monastery and other historic sights just a short walk away. I loved exploring on foot, then coming back to the hotel's peaceful atmosphere. My room had a lovely view, plenty of space, and was spotless. The bed made for a great night's sleep, and thoughtful touches like quality linens and well-stocked amenities made it feel special. The rooms combine traditional style with modern comforts. Breakfast had a tasty range of fresh, local products. I also enjoyed sitting in the quiet courtyard with coffee in the morning or a drink later on. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout, knew the area well, and were always happy to offer useful suggestions. From the moment I arrived, the hotel's historic charm won me over. Casa Domneasca felt more like a home than just somewhere to stay, and the hospitality was wonderful. I had a five-star stay and would wholeheartedly recommend it. I can't wait to return.

We came just for dinner and were very happy with our choice. The food and service were good value, with reasonable prices. The complex sits up on a hill in a quiet spot, with a lovely view of the area. There’s plenty of parking, and the garden is nicely looked after.

We could walk all around downtown from here, and the breakfasts were just right. The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly without getting in our way. We spent several days here while exploring near Curtea De Arges, and it's a real gem. We’re hoping to come back when we return to see more of Romania.

I stopped by hoping to get a quick bite from the "breakfast menu," but it turned out to be a buffet. The two waitresses we saw seemed to run off when we walked in. When I went inside to ask if I could get food, there were no eggs left and nobody at reception to tell me the price. Really poor service. I wouldn't recommend stopping here for a quick meal if you're driving through curtea de arges.

The staff were great, and I enjoyed the spa and the delicious food. The rooms were a decent size, but the shower had a lot of mold. The bed needs replacing too, since its springs poke into your back.
