Pensiunea Cristiana

We stayed in September 2018, three guests in the triple room with one single bed and one double. The large bed and good water pressure were the positives. The location wasn’t great, though I expected that when I booked. Our room was near the stairs and had no Wi-Fi. Guests closer to the router could connect, but the signal was very weak, only 5 Mbps, and the router was far away. I raised it with the owner, but nothing changed. These days, having no Wi-Fi is unacceptable. The shower door was missing, leaving a wide gap, and the little ceramic shelf above the sink hadn’t been cleaned. It had dust and hair from previous guests. There were no toiletries apart from hand soap, even though they were listed as included. Two dogs barked for a while in the middle of the night, which hadn’t been mentioned when booking. The stairway lighting wasn’t adequate, so walking there at night felt dangerous, and the pillowcases didn’t smell freshly washed. For what we paid in Romania, I’d look elsewhere. There’s plenty of competition in the area.
