Even late at night, reception was available. The staff were hospitable and flexible, the rooms comfortable, and breakfast had a good range of food. The coffee was good, and the minibar was a nice extra.

The service was great and it's a lovely place to stay, but the morning noise bothered me. Some guests played music quite early, around 7am, and it woke me up. Not everyone seems to think about people who are still asleep. I know this isn't the staff's fault and there's only so much they can do. Better soundproofing or some way to manage early noise would make me happy to come back.

Our room was big, beautiful, and sparkling clean, and breakfast was delicious. The hotel is close to the Shopping centre. It's new and very modern, too. Bogdan, our host, was courteous and respectful, with a really positive attitude. He even made us coffee for breakfast. We'll definitely come back.

There’s a sizable parking area in the courtyard, which was a bonus. We only stayed one night, but were very pleased: the room was clean, breakfast very good, and the staff polite and friendly. We'd definitely return.
