A week before our wedding, we were told the menu price had gone up 25%, even though we'd agreed on it two years earlier and had a signed contract and paid a deposit. The owners said they didn't care about the contract and that we could go elsewhere. Earlier, the final price had already been changed by more than 10,000 lei just two weeks before the event, with the same response when we pointed to what we'd agreed. The evening itself was just as disappointing. The atmosphere felt tense from the start, the owners came across as unfriendly and unprofessional, and our orders were delayed. Waiters ignored guests' requests and used offensive language toward them, and swore at one another in front of us. When we asked for an invoice, they refused and insulted us, saying we were the only ones who asked for one. I can't recommend this restaurant.

Everything was really good, apart from the tiles by the entrance. They get extremely slippery when it rains.

Parking was handy, the rooms were roomy, and the place smelled nice. The price seemed fair too. I was let down by the toiletries, though. There was no shower gel, shampoo, or conditioner, just a tiny bar of soap and a couple of shampoo sachets. For a hotel at this level, I expected larger, better quality products. It’s a shame such a lovely hotel doesn’t provide premium toiletries like the ones from D&M in Bâlea. Aside from that, my stay was fine.

The mattresses were very comfortable, but the rest of the stay was hard to overlook. There was no breakfast at all, not even coffee, and it felt like they just wanted us gone. We knew there was an event, but still didn't expect to find the room door open, the toilet used and left with excrement, and towels that had already been used. I've never come across toilet paper in Romania or Europe that was so soluble it seemed to melt just by looking at it. There’s also a terrace tucked out of sight, but the furniture is so ugly you wonder if a can of spray paint costs too much to make it usable.
