The kids had a trampoline, swings, and a few other things to play with, and sun-bed use was included. We stayed in the Cancun room, which was very cute with its Mexican decor. I’d suggest bringing beach shoes to protect your feet, and earplugs if you’re sensitive to noise. The main bedroom faces the traffic outside, and even though the windows are very good, the noise may still bother you. Citadel Boutique is a great place to relax and stay in, though it’s a 20 minute walk from the center of Eforie Nord. I’ve just come back from a lovely short visit with my family, and appreciated the clean room, tasty food, good service, and the view.

There’s parking, lovely surroundings, and private spots to eat or have a drink, with room for children to run around and play. The apartment was really nice, and the rooms were comfortable with almost everything you need, though a coffee machine would’ve been nice. It’s a shame the service is poor. Staff aren’t trained, many menu ingredients are unavailable, and nobody seems focused on making customers happy. This could be a wonderful place if they put some effort into it.

We loved our stay and will definitely come back. It’s a little pricey, but worth it. The location is amazing, near the sea, beautifully arranged, uncrowded, and the staff are helpful. It’s quite something to find a place like this in Romania. The restaurant has great food, but the menu is limited, so after 2-3 days you’d get tired of the same options. For a 5 star hotel, I expected more variety. They also call the rooms “apartments,” which is odd since there’s no kitchen, so it’s really just a double room. Too bad there aren’t any other restaurants or shops nearby. The poor menu is why I’ve given it four stars.

How can Boutique Hotel charge people 100 lei per day to stay on the sand? Horeca has taken enough money from people already. You should be ashamed.
