The room wasn't ready at check-in, so we had to wait until 4 pm even though check-in was at 2 pm. When we left, they wouldn't give us the extra hour we asked for and simply kicked us out. We got just 2 body towels for 5 people, and staff didn't clean at all during our stay. The bathroom was tiny and very old, with a drain that barely worked. The bedroom was uncomfortable, the sheets dirty, and the mattress old. There was a bad smell, the kitchen sofa was broken, and the walls were so thin we could hear everything from the other apartments. There was no staff around to ask for help. I wouldn't give this place any stars for the conditions we were given. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

The place is near the sea, but we ran into a lot of problems with the accommodation. Only some were fixed while we were there, and these were basic things, not fussy requests: a complete toilet lid, a working cable for the TV, and the only indoor table, which fell apart because a nut was missing. Outside, the table looked like it came from grandma's time. There was also a sewage smell that wouldn't go away even with the bathroom door closed and the fan on. I have pictures for anyone interested. I'm disgusted by how some people think tourism should be done!

The yard's table and chairs were very dirty, and the sheets and dishes weren't clean either. The kitchen sofa was old, the bedroom mattress was hard as a rock, and there was a bad smell. The walls were thin enough that we could hear every noise from the neighbors. Cleaning was done only on the day we checked in. We waited 2 hours to get our room, then were effectively thrown out when we asked for one extra hour at checkout. The address shown on the website is completely different from where you end up. Conditions were deplorable. I don't recommend it!

We'd paid a 30% deposit a month earlier for 3 apartments. This was my 2-year-old daughter's first trip, in a pandemic year. I wasn't expecting five-star conditions for a five-night stay, but I did expect a basic level of decency for a three-star place, especially since we wanted to support local hospitality, which had been hit hard by the pandemic. I even booked outside the booking system so the commission wouldn't go to foreigners. The photos show what's there, but they've been processed so well that the actual place felt more pitiful. Cleanliness is essential at any time, and especially now, yet it seemed optional. To me, that's part of the trust between someone paying in advance and the person providing the accommodation. If only a camera had been invented that could capture the smell too, so people could understand the mold flowers visible in the toilet photo. I don't know if I'll get my deposit back. I lost the whole day looking for another place, but I'll take every necessary step to make sure others don't have to go through this unpleasant experience.
