The rooms look lovely, but service was poor. We had to wait a long time at reception for basic information, and things we asked for at the start of our stay still hadn't been sorted by the time we left. The bathroom wasn't very functional either. Water pressure was low, and after a shower there was water everywhere because there's no shower door. That's a real downside for me.

I loved this place as a kid, especially swimming and the beach. One little issue, though, the bathroom door. Please make one that opens! No hate, I really love this place!

For 200€ a night, I can't recommend it. The food is awful, usually tasteless, and breakfast has no variety at all. With 200 people there are only two coffee machines, and the coffee is instant and bad anyway. The pizza has the cheapest pink supermarket salami, and the baby chairs are never cleaned. I've also often found cutlery that hadn't been washed properly. It's all inclusive, but Stella Artois costs extra, so you're stuck with Bergenbier.

The best part was the hotel pool, easily the best I've ever seen. The restaurant, though, was a big disappointment. We were there for eight days on half board, so we expected breakfast and dinner, but the bar guy wouldn't sell me a beer with dinner because beer was only for all-inclusive guests. I'd have paid for it, but they wouldn't let me. I've never seen that kind of approach. Only three of the eight days had good food. The chef didn't know how to cook meat properly, and it came out like chewing gum. Service was handled by students without a proper introduction. Also, arriving at a supposed four-star hotel to find no sheets on the bed was something I'd never experienced before. They really need to think about the restaurant.
