The owners came across as rude, mean, and dishonest. After we left, they marked the booking canceled, which would have stopped us from leaving a review. The shower tub wasn't fixed to the walls, and the bathroom floor was flat, so water spread across it. That made the wet tiles a serious slipping hazard. The owner's only answer was to offer us a mop, even though there was already one in the room when we arrived. Our towels and sheets were changed just once during our seven-night stay. In Romania, a three-star hotel is required to change towels every two nights and sheets every three nights. This was the worst travel experience I've had in 15 years.

Waking up to the sunrise from our room was wonderful! We're sending you a gorgeous photo, like a painting 🌅. Thank you for looking after us so well. The hotel was quiet and impeccably clean, and its location was perfect, close to the beach and all the places of interest. We'll definitely come back! #HotelDeNota10
