Hotel Angely

A very unpleasant experience.

Some people may grumble, but we have only praise for this place. The rooms are spacious and clean, the towels and linens are changed, and the staff are attentive and empathetic. Congratulations, Angely, and congratulations, Mrs. Iordan! I highly recommend it.

The pool wasn't working, but that didn't matter to us. The hotel is right on the seashore, and I haven't even found a room this large in four-star hotels. Ours at the Angely hotel was an extremely spacious triple room. The staff were friendly, and it was clean and air-conditioned. Parking is paid in the space owned by the hotel, however.

The staff were incredibly rude when we asked to switch rooms, and they did nothing to help. Service was non-existent, requests went unanswered, and no one cleaned our room during the stay. The bathroom was mouldy, with rusty taps and water of a questionable colour. The room itself was filthy, with dirty linen, pillows that looked like they had never been changed, and an overwhelming musty smell. The walls felt like cardboard, so we heard every word from next door, along with constant, unbearable noise from outside. Everything was a disaster from start to finish. This was easily the worst place I've ever stayed. I wouldn't recommend it, and would tell people to avoid it at all costs. Stay here if you want to ruin your vacation or leave with health problems.
